Lorenzo Round
Know all men by their [__ants] that I Joseph
Lorenzo Round of Monkton in the County of
Addison & State of Vermont for and in consideration of the sum of
twelve dollars current money of the United States received in full to my
satisfaction of Joseph Round of Monkton in the County of Addison &
State of Vermont aforsaid have [remised] [ntiased] & for-ever quit claim
& by there presents to remit [whase] & forever quit claim unto the
said Joseph Round, his heir & assigns all right & title which I
the said Lorenzo Round have in & to the following [pin] as [parret]
of land lying & being in Monkton aforesaid being a part of first
division of the original right of Peter [Dabion] being one equal
undivided half of one acre of land with the equal undivided half
of the barn standing on said land which was set off from the
Estate of Nathan Round late of Monkton deceased to Rhoby
Round widow of the said Nathan Rounds deceased & to James
Round & Lyman Round heir to the said Nathan Round Estate
as by the division of [said] Estate may [alecimon] fully described
[refesion] thereto being had – To have & to hold all my right
title in & to the said[umised] [reliarnt] & quit claimed promise
with the appurtinanus ther of to the said Joseph Rounds &
to his heirs & assigns to his & them [arenproper] [un] benefit
&behalf forever. [Inceit] [nep] when of I have [lenernt]
let my hand & seal the 4 day of May 1831
