[described] as follows Beginning forty eight rods south of the
north east corner of the first division of the right of Peter
[Dobson] on the cart line then south on the line forty four
rods then west two degrees south ninety two rods then
north two degrees west forty four rods then to the place
of beginning containing twenty five acres 48 rods of
land also in the barn the west and to the flowers and
one third of the floor and the north [scufolie] over the
floor and a [moledye] in the yard also a [coecd] to her
land also the log house with the [privilege] of a door
yard and [garden]
Set off to James Round his shares in the real estate of Nathan Round late of Monkton described as follows Beginning at the north east corner of the first division of the right of Peter Dobson then south on the east line forty eight rods then west 2d south 92 rods then north 2d west forty eight rods to the north line of the lots then east on said line to the place of beginning containing twenty seven acres and 96 rods of land also one equal half of five acres and 133 rods of [telles] land in the second division of the right of Nathan Sole Jr also the south half of the east end of the barn to the floor and one third of the floor with a [privilege] in the barnyard
Set off to Lyman Round his share in the real estate of Nathan Round late of Monkton described as follows Beginning 92 rods south of the north east corner of the first division of Peter Dobson over the set line at the widow south east corner then south on the east line of the lot eighty eight rod to the south east corner of the lot then west 2d south 92 rods on the south line of the lot then north 2d west eighty eight rods [tune] east to the place of befinning containing fifty acres and 96 rods of land be the same more or less also one equal half of five acres and 133 rods of [sedes] land on the second division of the of Nathan Sole also the north half of the east end of the barn to the floor and one third of the floor and the south scaffold over the floor
