Monkton Land Records

On December 2, 1811 Nathan bought 200 acres in Monkton VT with his brother Joseph (Monkton Land Records 6:169).

On April 27, 1812 he deeded his interest to Joseph (MLR 6:256) and received it back (MLR 6:267).

On October 12, 1814 Ruby, widow along with James and Lyman received land from the estate of Nathan, probably her husband (MLR 6:483).

On August 16, 1828, Lyman deeded land set by probate to him as heir of Nathan to Joseph Round (MLR 8:320). Lyman lived in Charlotte, VT.

On May 4, 1831 Joseph deeded to Lorenzo the land originally from the estate of Nathan to Rhoby, James and Lyman Rounds. (MLR 9:94).
