Know all men by these present that I Lyman F. Rounds pf the County and State aforesaid have this day mad constituted and appointed and do by these present make Constitute and appoint C. R. Johns of the city of Austin in Travis County Texas, my true and Lawful agents and attorneys in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and I hereby fully empower instruct and authorize my said agents and attorneys in fact to do and perform any and all things proper and necessary to be done, to the end that my Pension certificate and Bonds may issue by the Government of the State of Texas, and my Said Agents and attorneys in fact, are hereby fully authorized to receive and receipt for my said Pension Bonds when issued. and I hereby ??i? myself my heirs and assigns to make good and valid stand by and approve all the acts of said agents touching my Pension claim against the state of Texas, done in the spirit of this instrument of writing.
