Fort Smith News Record - January 7, 1900

Almost everybody knows Frank Rounds. Up to within a short time ago, he was employed by M. C. Wallace. He has been in Fort Smith for over forty years and is intimate with all the old residents. It is expected that he will not live more than a few days longer. His condition is so precarious that Father Smyth felt called upon to administer extreme unction, and otherwise prepare him for death.

He has been ill for some time.
